OFFTRY is the data controller responsible for your personal information. OFFTRY is an unregistered business currently operating as an online service provider.

OFFTRY does not currently maintain a physical office. All communications are handled electronically.

Merchant Data:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Password/account credentials (hashed)

• Store name, slug, and domain

• Shopify/WooCommerce connection information

• Billing/subscription information

• Integration/API credentials (encrypted)

• Product information (name, price, category, images)

End-Customer Data (processed during Virtual Try-On):

• Uploaded person photograph (temporary)

• Generated virtual try-on image (temporary)

• IP address

• Browser/device information

• Usage/log information

OFFTRY does NOT collect or store customer payment details (credit card numbers, bank account numbers, etc.). Payment is processed manually by the merchant, and only proof-of-payment screenshots are stored.

When a customer uses the Virtual Try-On feature, OFFTRY processes the uploaded photograph together with the selected garment/product image to generate a virtual try-on result.

Processing Flow:

1. Customer uploads photograph via widget

2. OFFTRY API receives and validates the image

3. Image is sent to AI processing service

4. AI generates virtual try-on result

5. Result is returned to customer

Storage Duration:

Customer photographs are processed for the purpose of generating the virtual try-on result and are deleted within 10 minutes after processing, subject to temporary technical caching, backups, logs, or security requirements.

OFFTRY does NOT use customer photographs to train AI models.

OFFTRY uses the following categories of third-party service providers:

Cloud Storage:

• AWS S3 — Stores product images, payment proof screenshots, and temporary customer photos

AI Processing:

• Modal — GPU-based AI inference for virtual try-on generation

• FASHN VTON — AI model used for virtual try-on processing

Database:

• MongoDB — Stores merchant account information, subscription data, and product catalogs

Email:

• Gmail SMTP — Sends transactional emails (verification, notifications, invoices)

These providers process personal data on OFFTRY's behalf. They are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes specified by OFFTRY.

OFFTRY is based in Pakistan, but our infrastructure and service providers may be located in other countries.

Your data may be processed in the following regions:

• United States (AWS, Modal, MongoDB)

• European Union (Email provider, if applicable)

• Other jurisdictions where our service providers operate

By using OFFTRY, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Pakistan. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected regardless of where it is processed.

OFFTRY processes information for the following purposes:

• Providing Virtual Try-On services

• Processing AI-generated images

• Managing merchant accounts

• Synchronizing products from connected stores

• Processing subscriptions and payments (manual verification)

• Providing customer support

• Preventing abuse, fraud, and security threats

• Debugging and improving platform performance

• Legal compliance

OFFTRY does NOT use customer photographs or try-on images to train AI models.

Merchant Account:

• Retained while account is active

• Soft-deleted upon account cancellation

• Can be permanently deleted upon user request

Customer Try-On Images:

• Uploaded photographs: Deleted after 10 minutes

• Generated try-on images: Deleted after 10 minutes

Payment Proof Screenshots:

• Stored in AWS S3

• Retained indefinitely (not deleted, even on request)

• Used for financial record-keeping

Logs:

• Server and application logs retained for a defined period

• Logs do not contain merchant-specific personal data

Backups:

• Daily backups retained (up to 3 rolling backups)

• Backups follow a defined lifecycle

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to request access to your personal data

• Right to request correction of inaccurate data

• Right to request deletion of your data

• Right to withdraw consent (where consent is the legal basis)

• Right to ask how your data is used

• Right to contact OFFTRY regarding privacy concerns

OFFTRY implements the following security measures:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transfers

• Password hashing (bcrypt)

• Access controls and authentication

• Encryption for sensitive credentials (API keys, tokens)

• Secure cloud infrastructure (AWS S3)

• Rate limiting to prevent abuse

• Monitoring and logging for security events

• Limited employee access to personal data

We do not claim to provide 'military-grade security'. We implement reasonable security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

OFFTRY uses the following cookies and tracking technologies:

Essential Cookies:

• Authentication cookies (session management)

• Security cookies (CSRF protection)

Analytics:

• OFFTRY's internal page view tracking (self-hosted, no third-party)

OFFTRY does NOT use:

• Google Analytics

• Meta Pixel

• Vercel Analytics

• Advertising trackers

• Third-party analytics scripts
